On 28 November 2011 Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft acquired
from CROSS Industries AG a stake of 50 percent in CROSS Informatik
GmbH. The purchase price amounts to approx. EUR 19.8 million. CROSS
Informatik GmbH holds approximately 65.26 percent of the share
capital in All for One Midmarket AG, whose shares are admitted to
trading on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange,
approximately 53.58 percent of the share capital in Brain Force
Holding AG, whose shares are admitted to trading on the regulated
market of the Vienna Stock Exchange and approximately 43.04 percent
of the share capital in Triplan AG, whose shares are admitted to
trading on the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
