Mikron shareholders approve distribution from capital contribution reserves

Biel, 17 April 2012. - Shareholders attending this year`s Annual
General Meeting of Mikron Holding AG in Biel have approved all the
Board of Directors´ proposals and the distribution of CHF 0.12 per
share. Board member Dr Andreas Steiner was re-elected for a further
three-year term. The terms of the remaining Board members do not end
until 2013 or 2014.
