announced today that the Company will host a conference call to
discuss financial results for the second quarter and first half of
2012 and to provide a business update. The results will be published
on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, in advance of the conference call.

The conference call, which will be conducted in English, will be held
on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 9 AM ET/3 PM CET.
