Resignation of members of the supervisory board

Hamburg, 19 October 2012 - Following an extraordinary general meeting
today, Messrs Uwe Bergheim and Prof. Dr. med. Matthias P. Schönermark
have announced their intention to resign from the supervisory board
of Marseille-Kliniken AG (ISIN DE0007783003, WKN 778300, MKA) with
the end of the annual general meeting which is planned for 3 December
2012.
