Release and Conference Call

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, October 31, 2012 - Century Casinos, Inc.
(NASDAQ Capital Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced
today that the company will release its earnings for the third
quarter 2012 on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. Mountain
Standard Time ("MST") (4:00 p.m. Central European Time ("CET")) .

On Wednesday, November 7, 2012, Century Casinos will host its Q3
2012 Earnings Conference Call at 11:00 a.m. MST (7:00 p.m. CET).
