1. On November 14, 2012, Macquarie Group Limited, Sydney, New South Wales,,
Australia, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage
of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has fallen below
the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted to 2.50% (295,516 voting
rights) as of November 14, 2012.

Of these voting rights, 2.50% (295,516 voting rights) are attributed to
Macquarie Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

2. On November 14, 2012, Macquarie Financial Holdings Limited, Sydney, New South
Wales, Australia, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has
fallen below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted to 2.50%
(295,516 voting rights) as of November 14, 2012.

Of these voting rights, 2.50% (295,516 voting rights) are attributed to
Macquarie Financial Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG.

3. On November 14, 2012, Macquarie Capital Group Limited, Sydney, New South
Wales, Australia, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has
fallen below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted to 2.50%
(295,516 voting rights) as of November 14, 2012.

Of these voting rights, 2.50% (295,516 voting rights) are attributed to
Macquarie Capital Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG.

4. On November 14, 2012, Macquarie Capital International Holdings Pty Limited,
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, has fallen below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted to
2.50% (295,516 voting rights) as of November 14, 2012.

Of these voting rights, 2.50% (295,516 voting rights) are attributed to
Macquarie Capital International Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

5. On November 14, 2012, Macquarie Group Holdings (UK) No.1 Limited, London,
United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has
fallen below the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted to 2.50%
(295,516 voting rights) as of November 14, 2012.

Of these voting rights, 2.50% (295,516 voting rights) are attributed to
Macquarie Group Holdings (UK) No.1 Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG.

6. On November 14, 2012, Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited, London, United
Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of
voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has fallen below
the thresholds of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounted to 2.50% (295,516 voting
rights) as of November 14, 2012.
