Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Switzerland - As announced, LifeWatch AG
filed this morning with FINMA a notice because of the suspicion of
the violation of disclosure obligations and has asked for the
suspension of the voting rights of the members of the largest group
of shareholders. FINMA has taken note that there are indications of
non-disclosed participation in the group. Therefore, FINMA decided to
grant the shareholders concerned the opportunity to submit a response
to the company's filing by 5 June 2013, and thus not granting an ex-
parte injunction allowing the suspension. Given that it is open
whether and to what extent FINMA will order a suspension of voting
rights, the Board of Directors of LifeWatch AG has decided to call
off for the time being the Annual General Meeting in Zurich scheduled
for May 29, 2013. A new date will be fixed and announced as soon as
possible, once there is clarity regarding the suspension of voting
rights.
