Dissemination of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted

Birkenau, 19.06.2013. Finally, a.i.s. AG (WKN 649 290) could revise and
publish their audited balance sheets from the past years and convince the
auditor of the development of the company. All former unclear financials of
recent years could be traced while the newly released 2011 balance sheet of
the company is now given a clear starting point of the company.
Accordingly, the balances were adjusted for 2009 / 2010 and completed.
As reported, the extensive research and testing of the 2011 numbers since
early 2012 first put required a complete record of the previous budgets.
With the access of crucial information received only by mid-2012, we could
only finalize all tracing in the second half of 2012 leading to the
adjustments that are now recognized in the balance sheet in 2011.
With the finalization of a second track of our official financial position,
the a.i.s. AG has taken another decisive step in its restructuring. Also,
we expect to get a better position to release our financial obligations to
our shareholders as we can rely on a clear statement of 2011 to inform
financial schedules.
With the publication of audited financial statements the basis for a first
shareholders meeting since 2004 is foreseen on 16-08-2013. The invitations
are expected to follow within the next 2 weeks.
