Ming Le Sports AG: Change in the Supervisory Board
Frankfurt, August 02, 2013 - Mr. Klaus Rainer Kirchhoff, Chairman of the
Supervisory Board of Ming Le Sports AG, informed the company today that he
will resign from his office. His resignation will come into effect on
September 03, 2013. However, Kirchhoff Consult AG will continue to act as
an IR Consultant and Advisor for Ming Le, supporting the company in regards
to its further financial communication.
The Company will take the necessary measures in order to find a successor
shortly.
