Birkenau, 19.08.2013: At the shareholders' meeting on 16.08.2013, the
business development and board members have been confirmed. At the same
time the amendment was adopted and thus approved the expansion of business
in the energy supply.
In this regard, the shareholders have agreed on a capital raise to support
the financial development for the business expansion. An authorized share
capital increase of M EUR 5,1 -. has been accepted to be issued over the
next years. The a.i.s. AG will use this capital to develop sustainable the
business in the three main activities of commodity trading, with the
objective of energy utilities from green and gray raw materials.
