UK, 1.846.303 Aktien an der COMPUTERLINKS AG, die über ihre 100%-ige
Tochtergesellschaft Fayrewood (Overseas Holdings) B.V., Niederlande,
gehalten wurden, veräußert hat.
Der Anteil der Fayrewood (Overseas Holdings) B.V., Niederlande,
reduzierte sich von 27,47% auf 0,0%.
Der Freefloat der COMPUTERLINKS AG erhöht sich von bisher 67,41% auf
94,88%.
Die Umplatzierung wurde von HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG, Düsseldorf,
