Australia, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its percentage
of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% and amounted to 15.25% (1,800,000 voting
rights) as of November 9, 2012, the first listing day of Firstextile AG's shares
on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 15.25% (1,800,000 voting rights) are attributed to
Macquarie Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Macquarie Group Limited and whose holdings of voting rights
amounts to 3% each or more in Firstextile AG.
