Ad-hoc Announcement of CompuGroup Medical AG according to § 15 WpHG
CompuGroup Medical AG reports second quarter results, revises outlook
Koblenz: Today the management board of CompuGroup Medical AG has finalized
its analysis of the q2 figures 2013 and reviewed its estimates for the
fiscal year 2013. From this analysis the management decided to revise its
outlook for the full year 2013 to:
- Group revenue EUR 458 million - EUR 463 million
- Group EBITDA EUR 97 million - EUR 100 million
While this guides business to be about flat in revenues compared to 2012,
CompuGroup expects - after two weak quarters - organic growth to resume in
the second half of 2013 with significant improvements in profitability.
The management board also decided to publish the full financial report for
the first half of 2013 today and present the figures in an analyst
conference at 15.00 hours CEST.
